Ukiah’s city manager sets a 2028 retirement date, and his severance goes up
Sage Sangiacomo was 17 when he went to work for the city of Ukiah. He spent summers in the community services division, then held many different jobs with the city. On Wednesday night, he told the City Council when he plans to leave.
