Fort Bragg driver, 19, arrested after fiery Highway 20 crash
A 19-year-old Fort Bragg driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs after a two-vehicle crash Tuesday night on Highway 20 that sent the other car down an embankment, where it caught on fire, the California Highway Patrol said.
