Mendocino supervisors table plan to end Ukiah tax-sharing pact, opt for more talks
On Tuesday, the board set aside a resolution to terminate the Master Tax Sharing Agreement and directed a joint meeting with the City of Ukiah and an outside consultant on the proposed annexation.
